To an extent yes. Recently in the Falcon show Sebastian Stan stole the limelight because of his looks and women lusting for him when Anthony Mackie is a much better actor than him.

Its not just that James Buchanan Barnes character arc rivals even few of the og avengers, Sam wilson has been a very preachy n plain character him being new Cap just seals that lol, IMO Sebastian's performance in CAWS alone >>>>> Anthony's in entire MCU. That's another thing that TFATWS as a whole was so underwhelming n lame esp when compared to Wanda vision or Daredevil.

TH brings adds a lot of appeal to the character but Loki is probably one of the most loved villains of all time that is when Marvel sorely lacks in creating villains, btw 1st episode was so enjoyable esp this gig😆

Well everything adds to the value ,the character arc ,the depth ,the mystery ,the dilemma of good or evil all this makes loki an interesting character and yes the acting of Tom is another asset but what the matter is Loki is an interesting multidimensional character ,viewers do want to know more about him again and again ...
