I think she looks wonderful minus the dress and the earrings.

I have a thing for big tacky non-hoop earrings, so I absolutely love the earrings. Think the outfit would have looked better had it been a strapless grown without the coat or if the top wasn't so large. Who's her makeup guy?

All in all, definitely cool seeing the likes of DP and PC on an international platform sans any BW connection!
