Dia I will reply to your other posts later but this is short so this gets priority !! No, Chili pepper fumes are not Lethal . They are highly irritant and cause wheezing and more side effects so people need to be careful.

When was reading this question I rember stunt show warning " this is dangerous and do not attempt this at home" do you have any plan in your mind?? Please include me in it,

It is an irritant. I don't think its lethal or anything as such.

Dangerous to me means anything that gets on you... Its like saying junk food is dangerous... mera thought process was going in that direction.
