Saumya, in 1 week, I have made 2 episode posts. My creative juices are now dry. Jitni creatvity thi, wo saari un do threads me use kar li 🤣

BTW, in the written update, I forgot to mention the funniest scene of the entire episode...As Rishi is coming down from the barsaati (after realizing that Kabir is indeed the infamous saheb), he runs into Indira (who is trying to go upstairs). He stops her and tells her some things (I can't remember exactly what he said). After about 5 minutes of this, Indu comes along and tells RK that Indira has cotton in her eas and so can't hear anything 🤣🤣 🤣

Coming to the epi, in this staircase conversation, Rishi was trying to tell Husna/Indira that she should try to look for Saheb in him. He cannot live without her and no one can love her as much as him anyway.

Basically, they are laying open his insecurities, and going by Kabir's introduction of Husna, she is Kabir's wife and Babli's mother. Right now, its tough to say how he means it. Does he mean that she has raised her and so is like a mother to her? And he has given her the status of his wife? Or is this another lookalike who has SN and Ishi memories that are erased because of a song?

Its getting really difficult to keep track of who is whose wife and whose mother! Is anyone interested in drawing up a family tree?

Edit: Must say that HD nowadays is more imaginative than the best Balaji show!

After I saw today's episode and the way Indira was talking in Muslim accent for one second I thought she was real Zara. And Zara one in MA is our Indira. When did Indira learn to write Urdu ? They both have same number register in CC so this might be biggest twist ever!! Now it's getting more boring!!

I don't want to hurt anyone out here, but I really think the main aim of HD these days is to show Rati in different get ups. As Husna, she is the diva, in her Lahorewali avatar, she is some indescribable sort of entity, as Indira, she was a vanilla character (maybe not entirely but when compared to the things she has become lately, you can call Indira a vanilla character), and as Zara, she was a tough-as-nails cop who turned daft.

I don't know whether this is a good thing or a bad thing, really. While she might be fulfilled as an actor and gets to portray the entire range and spectrum, somewhere the connect with the audience has been compromised. If we could no longer recognise Rishi, then now, the same can be said for Indira/Zara/Husna.

I suppose I sorta kinda understand where Rishi is coming from but I found it strange that he didn't even want to know what happened with Indira, who this Saheb is etc. I think, for me atleast, this display of emotion would have been easier to digest, after Rishi finds out that Indira does not remember him etc. But logic and subtlety have never been HD's forte. Everything has to be premature and to the extreme ALL the time. My hope would be for Rishi to realize that he is no longer "shrimatiji's" husband and move on...but who am I kidding...this never gonna happen.

I think these words are so apt for HD now
