So we have every right to let our wishes to owners.
And ppl who hate palak endlessly are enormous, dats the reason dey don't visit restaurant.ppl who paneer and hoping for better combination are still trying their best.
It can be vice versa too I mean palak and paneer 😃

Yup, you are right...You have every right to go the owner or the local authorities to demand a change in the menu...but I don't think its right to go the actual restaurant (where people are enjoying palak paneer) and ruin the fun for those people. Regarding customer wishes, so far the restaurant seems to be doing good business, so they are going to continue to serve the palak paneer because it has been profitable for them. Apparently there are enough people who like palak and palak-paneer together. Otherwise the restaurant would have closed shop months ago.

@bold: fun😲😆 And what about my fun when I try to enjoy other dish barring palak paneer and other dishes are actually available in the same restaurant. People go on finding nooks in my favourite dish and keep on insisting me to eat the dish of their choice. Isn't my fun being ruined here?😡

Yes the restaurant seems to be doing profitable business but my gut feeling says that bcoz many ppl couldn't resist themselves from tasting paneer so they keep on visiting it but also voicing for change in menu.U know they don't want to settle for good they are hoping for best 😛 and will continue to do till end.Maybe palak lovers should try other combinations or accept the wrath of opposition as they are large in no's.as for palak paneer lovers they should enjoy it when it's served and try not to cry foul when paneer is served with others

@bold: You spoke my heart buddy😃 The obsessed palak lovers are so insecure about their favourite dish that they make hue and cry whenever paneer is served with mushroom or mater. Don't know why🥱😕

You are right, if the restaurant can't pull in enough people who like palak paneer, it will shut down- but apparently there are enought people who like palak paneer and so the restaurant stays open for now. Regarding speading the word that palak is bad, apparently people in this restaurant don't go by rumors and they judge the dish on their own and they like it after they taste it(even though people outside the restaurant say that palak is not good)
Like I said, the people who go the restaurant like palak and paneer and the restaurant is meant to cater to people who like palak and paneer together in a dish. But if this restaurant fails, then yes you can petition your local authorites to open a new one that only serves matar paneer and you have every right to do that.

misconception that majority likes palak paneer is what harming the restaurant from long. restaurant which cannot afford different menu did what best they can do by adding extra panner to cover palak so that they can misguide the people coming to restaurant and give the taste of panner instead of palak.
now i think restaurant is planing for different menu so they are planning to add matar panner and as per my knowledge this is the first time restuarant looking for different menu with panner 😆

The restaurant already gave enough chance to palak for impressing the customers but sigh the feedback was not upto their expectation..The restaurant is still in dilemma whether they should continue with their initial menu of palak paneer or try something new.😉

ofcourse they will try new menu if they cannot afford the price of new menu then they will settle for palak which is of less cost for the restaurant by adding some more ingredients to spice up the panner covering the palak 😉

But here's the thing, some of the people who like matar paneer go to the restaurant and while they enjoy the matar paneer, they make sure that they make remarks which indirectly puts down palak and palak lovers. Is that fair? . [/DIV]

Putting down... Bcos dats wat d palak lovers do wen matar is being served... They think dat since they like palak everyone else has 2 as well...n they cant evn tolerate others njoying a new dish though theirs is being served regularly... If palak lovers can shout 4m rooftops 24/7 dat it's d best den why nt matar lovers...is it a rule dat only one grp can rule n d other has 2 keep quiet...dis is nt freedom of speech bt dictatorship...
