the kidnapper is either a well-wisher of Indira
or he/she is an enemy of Rishi

in first case, he just wants SN...if Rishi will give SN papers to him/her, he/she will set Indira free but he/she will give the police some fake clues which prove that Zara is the kidnapper
then Zara will go to jail and InShi live happily!

and in second case...he/she wants to ruin Rishi's life that's why he/she will kill Indira and prove Zara as murderer...so neither InShi nor ZaShi and Rishi becoming devdaas again!
