Indira went to office next day and informed Kabir that her and Maahi's tickets will be booked by Maahi's father and later on she will take all the expenses from the office.Kabir too informed her that all the bookings of the hotels were made by their company.Just then Kabir's PA informed that Sameer had arrived to conduct the meeting as it was pre-decided.Kabir permitted to bring him inside and also requested Indira to stay in there.When Sameer arrived,Indira and he had an eye-lock and then both took their seats.Kabir said,"Hamaare company ke taraf se bhi contract ke banwa chuke hai,aap apne company ke taraf se contracts to laaye hai na?"Sameer nodded his head.Sameer and Kabir's PA's exchanged the contract papers and both the owners signed it and then kept the copies of the others with them.sameer asked,"To hum kaam kabse shuru kar sakte hai?"Kabir replied,"Actually main business ke silsilay mein Dubai ja raha hu,waha se lautne ke baad hum immediately kaam shuru kar denge."Indira didn't leave the opportunity and taunted,"Lagta hai Mr Diwan ko bohot jaldi hai?"Sameer looked at her and said,"Meri beti ka birthday aa raha hai na 9-10 mahine ke baad,to jaldi to hogi hi."Kabir replied,"Par Mr Diwan,actually abhi saare materials ke price bohot high hai,to..."Sameer said,"Aap paiso ki fikar mat kijiye,jitna bhi chahiye hoga,main kharch karne ke liye tayyar hu par mujhe vo park,uske birthday se pehle bana hua chahiye."Indira said,"Aapko dekh kar na mujhe meri beti Maahi ke papa ki yaad aa gayi.Vo bhi bilkul aise hi hai,beti ki baat ho na to paiso ke baare mein kabhi sochte hi nehi hai."She turned towards Kabir and said,"Aapko pata hai Kabir,kal dono baap-beti shopping par gaye mujhe ghar mein chorkar.Ab koi to tha nehi uswaqt roknewaala bas dono ne milkar jo man mein aaya kharid liya.Purey 3 laakh ki shopping karke aaye hai dono.Jaisi beti,vaisa baap,dono ke dono ekdam irresponsible."Sameer glared at Indira indirectly.Kabir was listening to Indira and his expressions changed.He was feeling very uncomfortable and Sameer noticed that.Kabir said,"Papa-beti ka rishta hi aisa hota hai Miss Sharma."Sameer replied,"Exactly but lagta hai Miss Sharma ko ye baat pata nehi hai."Indira made a face to him.Kabir and Sameer decided a particular date for beginning the work.

In the evening,while Indira was returning,her driver informed that he won't be able to come.So she had to go home by her own.Kabir offered her lift.While they were going,suddenly,Kabir's car broke down and they stopped in the middle of the road.The driver tried to stop many cars but none of the car stopped.Suddenly one car stopped.The driver came out and asked what happened.The car owner came out of the car and it was none other than Sameer.On seeing Sameer,Kabir told him about his problem and requested him to drop Indira home.Sameer accepted and out of respect,he even offered Kabir lift,but he politely rejected.Indira left with Sameer from there.Sameer asked,"Tum mujhe phone karke ek baar bol nehi sakti thi ke tumhe lift chahiye thi?"Indira replied,"Isme tumhe bolne ki kya zarurat hai,main ghar mein akele aa ja sakti hu.Phir Kabir ne akele mujhe dekha to unhone mujhe lift offer ki."Sameer replied,"Vo to main yaha se guzar raha tha to maine tum sabko dekha."Indira replied,"Bohot bara ehsaan kiya hai mujhpar."Sameer asked,"Uswaqt,meri utni beizzati karni zaruri thi kya Kabir ke saamne?Main chahe apni beti ke liye 3 laakh ya 30 laakh ki shopping karu,tumhe ussey kya?"Indira replied,"Apne paiso ki itni lat mat lagaao Maahi ko."Sameer replied,"To tum bhi personal baato ko personal hi rehne do,yaha public mat banaao usko."Indira turned her face against him and he too did the same.

The day of Indira and Maahi's leaving for Dubai had arrived.On the night of their departure,Indira and Maahi completed their dinner at home and got ready to leave for the airport.Maahi said,"I'll miss you papa.Mujhe aapko chorkar jaane ka bilkul bhi mann nehi hai."Smeer kissed on her forehead and said,"Beta mann to mera bhi nehi hai tumhe jaane dene ka,par agar mummy ko jaana na parta na to main tum dono ko apne saath lekar jaata,but kya kare.I promise hum log sab saath mein zarur jaayenge."Indira said,"Chalo Maahi varna late ho jaayenge."Sameer gave Maahi a phone and a card and said,"Ye lo rakkho phone aur mera credit card.Is phone mein ISD facility hai,tumhaara jab dil kare tum mujhe phone kar lena."Maahi put them inside her bag and then Sameer took Maahi and Indira and drove the car to leave them to the airport.After they reached the airport,three of them came out of the car.Sameer gave a packet to Indira.She asked,"Ye kya hai?"He was a bit hesitant and replied,"Ye vo...ye vo...tumhaare favourate halwaai ke dukaan ke sonpapri hai.Office se aatewaqt le aaya tha.Dene ka mauka nehi mil raha tha to...abhi de diya."Indira said,"Par vo sonpapri bohot meethe hote hai."He replied,"Nehi maine...khud khare rehkar banwaaye hai,ye zyaada meethe nehi hai,bilkul vaise hi jaise tum khaati thi.Usi dukaan se laaya hu jaha tum mujhe ek baar zaardasti lekar sonpapri khila kar laayi thi.Main unki taste aaj tak nehi bhula."Indira remained still on remembering those good old days.She slowly asked,"Tumhe aaj bhi meri har pasand yaad hai?"Sameer didn't reply or rather he didn't have any answer.She again asked,"Kyu yaad hai tumhe?Main to tumhaari zindagi se bohot pehle hi nikal chuki thi na?"Sameer looked at her and replied,"Shaayad isliye kyuki...Kyuki...Kyuki tum shaayad meri zindagi mein aayi vo pehli aur aakhri larki ho jo...jo mujhe shaayad sach mein achchi lagi thi aur...aur jiske saath main hadh se zyaada kareeb hua tha..."Indira and Sameer both turned their eyes away from each other.He said,"Main jhut nehi bolunga par tumhaare baad meri zindagi mein bohot saari larkiya aayi par main aajtak kisiko bhi tumhaari jagah nehi de paaya ya to be more precise..."He looked into her eyes intensely and replied,"Main tumhe in 9 saalo mein bhula nehi paaya hu.Ha yaadein thori dhundli ho gayi thi,kyuki maine kabhi ye expect nehi kiya tha ke hum aise milenge,par vo yaadein kabhi meeti nehi."Indira was unknowingly overwhelmed by the thoughts,which Sameer,in reality possesses for Indira,but she still didn't react differently and said,"Main chalti hu varna late ho jaayega Kabir bhi hamaara intezaar kar rahe honge."Sameer was very disturbed on hearing Kabir's name from her and asked,"Aajkal ye Kabir tumhaara kuch zyaada hi apna nehi ho raha hai?"Indira asked,"What do you mean?"He angrily replied,"Kuch nehi."Saying he got inside his car and left from there.

Indira and Maahi entered inside the airport and called Kabir.They met at a common point and Kabir said,"Chaliye hume bohot saare formalities bhi purey karne hai."They walked inside and waited in the lobby,while Kabir completed all their formalities.Maahi said,"Mummy mujhe bohot neend aa rahi hai.Kab jaayenge hum?"She replied,"Thora wait karle beta,ek baar flight mein beth jaaye,phir tum so jaana."The Dubai passengers were called for checking and they went inside.After completing the checking,when they all were waiting for the call of the flight.Maahi said,"Mummy meri aakhe bhaari ho rahi hai.Main yehi so jaaungi."Indira said,"Achcha thik hai so ja.Main utha dungi."After sometime,their flight was announced and all were ready to board the flight.Indira turned to call Maahi and found she was sleeping like a dog.Indira called her but she didn't wake up.At last,with a bit difficulty,Indira picked her up in her arms and started walking.Kabir said,"Agar aapko koi aitraaz na ho to bachchi ko mujhe de dijiye,main utha lunga."She said,"Nehi sir,Maahi ko aagar main apne goadi se utaarungi na to uth jaayegi.Ek mere aur ek apne papa ke kandhe par hi soti hai.Don't worry main kar lungi."Indira and Kabir finally boarded inside the flight and Indira made Maahi,lie down on her seat,opened her shoes and covered her with a blanket.After a couple of time,the flight flew to Dubai.

When the flight landed on Dubai airport,Indira woke Maahi up.On waking up,she asked,"Hum Dubai pohoch gaye mummy?"Indira replied,"Ha pohoch gaye."Maahi asked,"To papa ko phone karu?"Indira replied,"Ek baar hotel pohoch jaaye,phir hume yaha se calling card lenge,phir baat karenge."Maahi said,"Nehi mummy papa ne mujhe ek phone diya aur phir apna credit card bhi diya.Phone dekar kaha ke usme ISD hai aur main unko jab chahe phone kar sakti hu."Indira was surprised since she didn't know that Sameer gave Maahi a phone.Indira asked,"Papa ne phone diya bola kyu nehi?"Maahi replied,"Papa ne aane ke just pehle hi diya hai,mujhe mauka hi nehi mila."At that moment,the crew requested the passengers to board off the flight.

After the passengers went inside the airport,Indira took Maahi to the washroom to get her freshen up.When they came out,Kabir took them to the airport canteen to have breakfast.Kabir asked,"To Maahi aap kya khaayengi?"Maahi was confused and asked,"Yaha kya milta hai?"Kabir said,"Yaha Indian bhi milta hai,aur dusra khaana bhi milta hai."Maahi made a face and replied,"Mujhe to dadi ke haath ke pohe khaane the."Kabir replied,"Pohe to beta yaha nehi milte.Main ek kaam karta hu,aapke liye veg sandwich aur chocolate milkshake order karta hu.Aap khaayengi na?"Maahi looked at Indira and she asked,"Mummy main khaau?"Indira said,"Ok.Main bhi apne liye ek soup ka order de deti hu."After that all had breakfasts together.

While they were going to the hotel,Maahi was looking outside the window of the cab.She exclaimed,"Mummy kitna bara sheher hai!"Indira replied,"Ha beta Dubai bohot bara sheher hai."Maahi asked,"Tab to yaha ye bare bare shopping malls bhi honge.Hai na?"Indira replied,"Papa ke saath saath rehte rehte bas shopping ki lat lag gayi hai na tumhe."Maahi smiled.Kabir said,"Choriye na Indira,bachchi hai.Thori bohot masti to chalti hai.Hai na Maahi?"Maahi replied,"Ha.Mummy,Kabir uncle aapse zyaada smart hai."Indira said,"Ha ha pata hai sab mujhse zyaada achche hai yaha par."While talking,they reached the hotel.They entered inside and the receptionist welcome her,"Assalaamvalaikum!Good morning mam!Good morning sir!May I help you!"Kabir replied,"We booked two suites on behalf of THE CHAUDHRY ENTERPRISES in the name of Kabir Chaudhry and Indira Sharma."The receptionist checked and said,"Ye Sir,one suite is on the 24^th floor and the other one is in the 25^th floor."Kabir and Indira exchanged their looks.Kabir asked,"But I specifically mentioned that we want both of the suites on the same floor."The receptionist replied,"Iam sorry sir,we tried but we could not."Indira said,"Its ok sir,hum manage kar lenge,ek hi floor ki to baat hai."Kabir said,"Actually ye anjaan sheher hai aur main chahta tha ke aap dono mere aakho ke saamne rahe."Indira said,"Koi baat nehi,we can manage."Kabir accepted and then the receptionist called one of the staffs and gave him two cards and asked them to show their suits.

After they left,the receptionist called someone.The convo :-

RECEPTIONIST :- "Hullo sir."

UNKNOWN :- "Yes."

R :- "Iam speaking from the hotel and I did your job."

U :- "Which floor?"

R :- "Mr Chaudhry is in 24^th and Miss Sharma with the kid is in 25^th floor sir."

U :- "Very good.You'll get what you deserve."

R :- "Thank you sir."

Both cut the call and then the unknown person smiled.
