Hi Preethy . Do not worry about your Brother. Tucson is very safe. This is only in East cost of USA Philadelphia . New Nersy ,New York Delaware , Maryland, Washington Dc . Connecticut are the worst hit area. Hurricane is slow moving . By but it will not affect your brothers area. So relax.
