I've a very convincing logic that Zara is none other than Indira.Reasons for my strong belief in it:"HD" is the story about Indira and her struggle with life and people around her ;it is the story about Indira and Rishi's love,and their support for each other in every situation[and their story has ceased abruptly];and lastly,if Zara is a different individual and the protagonist after the leap in "HD",than her life seems trouble-free,i.e.,she has a loving family,[of which we got a glimpse in the scene where Zara comes to pick up those two ladies from the station];she has a secure and respectful job.In short,Zara doesn't seem to fit the profile of the protagonist of "HD",which Illa Bedi has sketched out.So,this character,Zara has to be Indira;otherwise there will be no connection in the story from the beginning till present,and no connection between the characters.

If Zara is not Indira she cannot be a mother of Indu...and Indu's life will remain like this only...which I really don't want!I want her to get both father's and mother's love.So I want Zara to be Indira.And HD is the story of the struggles of a INDIRA SHARMA.So, Zara's story doesn't matter here at all!

I understand why Zara needs to be Indira but I do want a fresh start. So No I hope they are not one and the same. Even if that is the case, the truth should come out after quite some time. 😊
