shweta will no more be a surrogate mother

Since Cv's are showing the concept of surrogacy in the show,I felt Shweta will not be a surrogate mother in the present circumstances .Surrogacy is a carrying and delivering a child for another couple or person. This woman, the surrogate mother, may be the genetically related or she may be genetically unrelated to the child.In our story Shweta is not genetically related to the child or Indira

Shweta is a surrogate mother if she carries Inshi child and later handit over to INshi.But things are happening different in the story.Rishi is marrying shweta so that she doesnot be a pregnant without marriage.Moreover Indira is in coma,cv's are planning 6 yrs leap.So if in these 6 years the child will be born .Shweta is the one who will take the labour pain and is the one who raise the child,then legally,morally child belongs to shweta and Rishi as they are married and they are parenting the kid evn though shweta not a biological mother.

Law grants the child to shweta bcoz Indira has been away for nearly 6 yrs frm raising her child after surrogacy.The reason is there is no legal documents between INSHI and Shweta.Moreover Rishi marrying shweta,Indira health condition due to which she could not take up parenting of child.In many cases,law ethically,morally and legally gives the rights of child to the couple who are parenting the kid

So Shweta will no more be a surrogate mother but become real mom in future

So i think after the leap,this will be a major track in the show.So much emotions n drama on who is the mom of the kid and with whom Rishi must stay.

Anyhow this is too early to judge what will happen in the show.HD cv's are always unpredictable.

u r 100% right.Yesterday episode see how thy showed embryo having heart beat.how does an embryo have heart beat.only after 5 weeks heart beat starts.heart starts forming .Indira is not evn pregnant for 1 week.

cv's dnt really think abt logic.thy are taking viewers for granted

Secondly,Rishi and Shwetha are not married.Their marriage got stopped in the middle and since Indira will be home,Rishi will never marry Shweta.

Thirdly,its not Indira's fault,that she wont be able to give birth to indu,its her BT which is the root cause,otherwise its the most beautiful dream of every would be mother to bear the pain of child labour.Just imagine she knew she would die so as the foetus inside her,she didn't get treatment just because it would kill her child and she could not bear that because of her,she being alive has to watch her child die and lastly she requested rishi to save their child anyhow

Fourthly,this is HITLER DIDI and from day 1 its only inshi,inshi and inshi.The cvs also know that 95% of the viewers watch the show just for inshi,so they wont take risk.Moreover they got married with great difficulty,after passing many hurdles and complexities of life,so,they will never get separated.
