I'm not really familiar with the term "out of the box",but if this is what the creators of "HD" has in mind,i.e.,Indira in a state of coma for 8yrs,and after she comes out of it,she finds out she has a daughter;then the first question that comes to my mind is,how exactly anyone can give birth while in a state of coma?I think medical science also doesn't have any answers to such an illogical thought!And is Illa Bedi really expecting the audience to watch the show after such an absurd leap,after such a devastation of Indira-Rishi love story?Well,as far as I can see,"HD" will end in the hearts of the audience as soon as we'll see such poor story-line,and Rishi getting married again.At least for me,that will be the end of "HD"

Well I've just read some real-life stories,where the woman being in the state of coma gave birth to a child.So,this is quite dangerous,but,possible.So the CVs seem to using their brains behind the future track!Then why didn't they use it earlier,lets say when Rishi fell from the building,or Indira got stabbed?Anyway none of this makes any sense.Its over for me.
