I have seen a movie long back where the heroin becomes a segregate mother to her sister by taking the baby into her womb, so that she will become pregnant and her sister will be fine.

in the same way after Indira thinks RishTa are married and she is cured. if Indira undergoes some surgery like that and leaves everyone with the Sameer's baby in her womb and after Sameer returns he comes to know about his baby is with Indira and goes to bring him back...
