Rati is not on the top????😲😆 I wont even go into refuting that statement. She is immensely popular and has been on IF top 3 for over 3 yrs(or more actually) even when she was not working and descended the ladder only a few months ago half way thru IPK. Has attained the no 1 position on IF. The only other actress to have done that is Dhrasti Dhami. And she is beautiful in her own way.
