Yeah she should have thought about Indira fate while cursing Rishi.She also admitted that he's her patidev then again she did not stop.

by saving India. If something happens to him, Inshi should brace themselves

But Kutumbh is neither God nor semi God she's merely a human being that also a stupid woman.Curses always show their effects when the person who really merit it here Rishi merit only blessings so how can these curses works on Rishi.
