Very true...It seemed his art was his only support growing up and now
he draws all his strength from his love to Indira..
I think Indira knows that he longs for his family and would be affected by what
happened but, is kind of self absorbed in her world...
She always had Rishi's love and support readily available 24/7 without even asking
hence its still she,her family and Rishi for her..
She does love Rishi very deeply but,is still not at the stage of thinking of him
beyond herself and her family.
If Rishi really has left, this seperation would surely make her realise the depth of love
she has for him..and this journey is going to make their love even stronger...
They both are each others hope ...and cure for their loneliness

Correct me if i am wrong.. did he change his surname.. or did he say indira that she should not change the surname.. bec the name board

said Indira Rishi Sharma.. so it means she added her husband name but kept her own surname
Further jjkg.. regarding your topic.. yes rishi lost all and does he have any support and for few who say natasha hai hai.. sorry and pleasee i do not want another bimbo natasha in his life.
sometimes i feel that when we are totally wrong we are speechless. we say na dil bhar aaya and we r not able to speak.. may be Indira is going through that phase.. bolna bahut hai.. per cant say and this happens only wiht the person you love the most..
Furhter i always feel here CV never stick to peoples character.. Rishi - he is shown a loveable person and cares for all.. but they didnt show any scene of him where he is upset that now both will be in jail .
They could have shown rishi talking to indersharma not to complain in police so that she is not jailed..
Plus even Indira character is of caring nature, even if they say hitler.. but she is not.. she gets emotional every soon.. so CV should have show this nature of her.
I mostly feel these characters created by CV they themsleves have no idea how to potray them.
But i can say one thing and i am 100% sure.. they r nothing with out each other.. Rishi and Indira need each other in thier journey of life.

If she was an understanding person , she would have tried to understand what is going on in Rishi's mind . She should have known even though Rishi had problem with his family but they are still his family. She should have known in this process, Rishi will lose everything from his parent's side . Instead of seeing those big dream, she should have gone out and try to find him . What kind of person try to see dream of marriage knowing other partner's sad state of mind . So, her happiness revolves around actually around her and her family. As long as her family is happy , everything is fine.

One more thing I hated about the episode, changing the name . I found it very awkward, it looks like Rishi has to lose his identity to be with her. Since this was her dream and I feel she does not want Rishi to have his self identity , this shows how much value she is given to Rishi !

Rishi really needs to go through therapy as I feel he extremely lacks self respect .

PS : I know I am gonna get bashed for this !

Indira once did realize the value of Rishi's family to Rishi during the marriage episode. She wanted her to-be mum-in-law to be part of her sangeet. But Simi spoilt it all and then Indira has a short fuse too.

Regarding Thursday and Friday's episodes, I did not enjoy them as others have because I found a big disconnect between the seriousness and rawness of thursday episode, and the frivolity of friday's. Rishi of thursday was not the Rishi of Friday. Rishi of Thursday was a man of gravitas, burdened by the cost of victory. Rishi of Friday was a carefree, immature lover whose sole purpose was to be an appendage of Indira.

I am desperately wishing that friday's episode, from start to end, was Indira's dream. She was dreaming to her fears, carrying the image of pre-wedding Rishi who was constantly flirtatious, non serious, incompetent. I am disappointed that she did not even give a nod to the serious, competent Rishi who has been instrumental in sweeping away many of her and her family's troubles. She did not even dream of one scenario where she provides succor to him, in his time of need. That bothered me.

That time Rishi said na , mujhe hi apna naam change karna padega. So , it was implied that he changed his name to Rishi Sharma.😊

Regarding name change:

I am as strong a feminist as they come, reading Betty Freidan, Simone de beauvoir et al since high school. To this day I have saved my dogeared copy of the Second Sex.

I feel no one should change their name upon marriage. It is part of one's identity. Why should one be expected to give it up?

I think, cvs, in an effort to portray Rishi's unconditional love, as well as his desperate need for Indira, have completely emasculated him. He is reduced to being Indira's lapdog, to be kicked or loved at her pleasure. I found the whole name change thing unsettling.

Lets do a thought experiment. Lay aside Sameer's psycho behavior for a sec. Now if a person like Sameer with an abundant ego said I will change my last name to my wife's, it would be appreciated as this gesture would be one of love, and will be of no detriment to his self-respect. But with the way Rishi-Indira dynamics have been portrayed to date, Rishi already has been shown to completely debase himself, often to pitiable extent, for Indira. To top it off with a name change, is unsettling, to say the least.

I have previously said that the CVS are guilty of perpetuating a terrible notion that strong girls cannot have successful partnerships with equally strong men. They have to be paired with weaklings to have any success. This is very digusting IMHO

Not bashing, I agree rishi has done a lot for her and loves her unconditionally.

But I don't agree with everything you said.
Personally I watch the show keeping both Indira and Rishi's pov in mind, and I think everyone doesn't realize how emotionally overwhelmed indira was and is. I love Rishi's character and I understand why he hid vidhit's accident & why he is the way he is.

But keeping India's pov in mind, I think no one understands her character because she is more complicated and her way of expressing love is not as straightforward as rishi. Both characters have gone through a lot & express themselves differently, she puts a wall up in fear of getting hurt and he makes himself completely vulnerable and open to receive love. They both put others before themself and are selfless and good at heart.

Also I don't think we can judge if it's a dream or if Rishi is actually with her, dreaming together.
That we'll find out on Monday. Regardless I don't think understand what's wrong with her dreaming of their future.. it was evident from thursday's episode that she was concerned for Rishi & wanted to talk to him. I don't think she only wants to get back together b/c of her family being all well, I think she finally has sorted out the misunderstandings/incidents and is realizing sub/consciously how much rishi means to her. He has a permanent place in her heart and even in earlier episodes we could tell how much the separation killed her on the inside, and how much she still cared for him. She just tried her best to hide it but it showed through expressions and even some actions.

Lastly, concerning the name change. Sorry but I think thats sexist. Are you saying its ok for a woman to change her last name but if a man changes his, then he's losing his identity?! I think it was actually really very sweet. I personally was like wow any girl would melt at those words! I guess it was kinda funny too.

And I think both need therapy. They have been through a lot since their childhood, and meeting with a psychologist would really help them! Talking to a professional is something pretty much everyone could use and I think it's normal and would only be of benefit :)

well, im not surprised at the post but im surprised its urs @jjkg.

till we know whether friday was rishi or indira s dream, it would be pointless to think further but its always surprises me to see posts made on rishi s lack of ego as lack of self respect, his gentleness with everyone esp indira as a lapdog behavior as being kicked around etc.,

as for his support system- everyone needs one but he s so strong and honest that he will do even without any. and yes indira s accepting him wholeheartedly or half heartedly will be enough for him.
