If you mean by physical chemistry, we get to see that too. e.g. the scene where Indira was tied to the chair and Rishi is moving in to kiss her. Rishi is communicating his physical desire with his eyes. Same with the pre-holi scene on the charpai when Indira is asking Rishi to not drink and Ishan comes in asking them to start playing holi.

If you say that SV does not appear comfortable with showing physical affection that his character warrants, I would say yes. He is getting better with each hug😳😉.
Previously it appeared that he was not holding Indira close when the scene demanded it. Now there does not seem to be a problem. He even planted the kiss on Indira's head convincingly

@bold: I still have an issue here. He somehow does'nt seem too comfortable when it comes to hugs. Even two days ago when Indira was in his arms, I saw his arms not really holding her at all.

He seemed too conscious and his hands were there around her just for the sake of it.

I never have seen him give Indu a real tight hug...😊

there was one remember after the proposal
that was a really tight one 😆😳
im sure those romantic scenes will come later on
for now rishi and indira have actually been on good terms only a week after proposal
im sure when the good time starts we will see a lot more romantic scenes
all secrets are out so the worst is over (i hope)

😊 Nah. I mentioned it in passing. I have no issues with SV as hero.. I love him and I think he and Rati share great chemistry... Its just something I noticed...

the so called rati fans[they are few in numbers] don't like sumit. other wise there is no problem in sumit.

i don't think they are real fans of rati-
otherwise they never wanted to create negative publicity of ratis show and HD which is doing well in terms of trp.

actually they are making big disservice to rati and her show by posting nagative about HD and its lead..

@bold red: I've felt this too. And I feel this is on both sides. Even in the confession scene just before their 'marriage' the hug was not a full-blown passionate one. Indira, too, holds/hugs him, but not with the intention of never letting him go. Rishi, therefore, despite loving intensely, cannot hug her as tight as he wants to.

The reason for this, I think, is that somewhere, in the story, they still haven't come that far in their equation. They both know they're in love...they "know" it but they perhaps don't "feel" it with any fiery intensity (because they barely get to think about themselves). After this current track is over and they are back to thinking about themselves, I think this will be expressed properly.

But this is what I think. I may be reading too much into it. If this is the case, then somewhere, Sumit needs to add this shade to a character he already portraying wonderfully! Rati's character is not prone to displaying affection, so she is spot on in her diffidence.

This does not mean their chemistry is lacking. I think it's just perfect. Right balance of diffidence and warmth.

chemistry ka meaning romance or hugging nahin hain...

the lead pair has to compliment each other well...
in regular sense if two people stand beside each other as couple (no need to hug also) people say see the pair they are looking so nice with each other... this is called chemistry which is clearly lacking in sumit and rati pair...

if they stand beside each other forget about off screen interviews the onscreen also they didnot compliment each other...
when Rishi stands beside Indira he looks like he is feeling very uncomfortable... even on screen also... hug or kiss tho bohata dooor ki baat hain...
