well... Sad but somewhere dis is the reality of our society in large... n... not just on filing FIRs... even at the tym of court hearing ...des kind of things happens... a rape victim is raped again n again... with des kind of FIR n court hearing sessions... so what CVs has shown ...is just the refelection of real lyf n society...n agar reality main aisa nahi hota... toh ... rape victim ka rehana thoda aasan ho jaata humari society main...

Thats true the law is only for poor people..rich and powerful people hardly get convicted...rape is the worst crime...the victim dies everyday..society, police, usse daily rape karti hai apni baaton se, taanon se, uska mazaak banaya jaata hai...lets see how CVs are handling this sensitive issue..

Raj it's a sad reality across India... & in small states situation is more worse... but to some extent I agree with you on that dialogue... that was completely illogical question... but policewalas do make mockery of rape victims... & I was not shocked at all when he refused to register an FIR...
This is a sensitive issue. I hope makers & channle doesn't make a mockery of it. I wish that they show sameer's prosecution.

Any forceful intercourse will be termed as rape... things like marital rape also exist in our society but they don't come in light as the couple is already married but if a woman choses to launch a case against the husband ... it becomes very difficult to fight it... situation becomes similar to that of a rape case... still as per law a woman can go to the court.

That question was not needed at all...kyaa aapke ghar mein yeh pehla rape hai?...pathetic..if Mandira wudhv been rich Sameer wudhv been behind the bars..this is the tragedy of our country...
