I was also surprised to see that page but he can't know that it belongs to her unless he was following her & met her before but from those episodes it doesn't seem that he knew her...
As far as language part is concerned Uzbekistan was part of Russia but predominant language is Uzbek... It can happen that those tourists had the fair knowledge of Russian.😊

he know her.and he is fallowing her from day one.
he came from usa just to enter her house and help.

so he might be fallowing her bus.
