Indira got her home in market place same as mine.

if she got house as marriage gift then she will be absolute owner.
i wanted cvs should have shown it as ancestral property.at that time consulting vidith arises.
as ancestral property will be owned jointly by all family members..

As for who's name the house is in... I have been confused about that issue too. The show it as belonging to Kutumb yet it is called the 'Sharma' which is her husband's surname. Also, if Indira has Power of Attorney can Kutumb even sell the house without her says so? And to add to that, how is the document Munna signed with Sameer even legitimate if it is owned by Kutumb and Power of Attorney is in Indira's hand?
