iss khandaar main kya rakha hai.isse becha ke hum aaram se kyon nahin rah sakhathe??

she got valid point it seems.

property is worth at least 50 crores..

if indira sells and buys a comfortable house for 1 crore.then she has left with 49 crore,

she can make fixed deposit of that amount.

she will get interest of 5 crores annually or 43 lakh monthly.

with that income she can lead very comfortable life.

looks like kutumb said very valid point.

im reposting what i had posted on my thread

Hi! This might sound anti indira but please let me first assure all that im all for indira- i like her though im not crazy about her .

The family whom we all love to hate. BUT WHY?

Theres Kutumb and Sunaina- what do they want? Their husbands attention/love . and a comfortable life like kutumb wants relief from her aches and pains and her asthma . sunaina perhaps wants some jewellery and dresses . Is that wrong? On the surface no.

Theres Mandira- whats does she want? Attention . very common in her age. And to dress up well , be the centre of attraction. Is that a crime? No.

Then theres Munna and Inder. (im discounting ishaan) needs more analysis. Lets say inder left his first home for Jhumpa s sake etc., wouldn't we expect the first son to be affected the most? Yes should be, though here it looks like munna decided to keep his sense of laziness and humor with himself and ignore the bitterness against his dads betrayal. So he continues to be be same what he was when inder left them never growing up perhaps? So what does he want- to continue being the same ' lead a lazy existence with his doting wife and his gali ka dosts. Is that wrong? Don't know- but its his choice.

And inder ' the one person whom he has completely cheated is his first wife-kutumb but she forgives him. He must ve been a good father , for indira to be hurt the way she is , she must ve looked upto him . what does he want now? Peace . which will come if jhumpa s happy and she will be with some money.

And then theres vidith bhaiya whom none of us know except indira and rishi. So leav him out.

what im trying to say is that they will get some relief if they are financially stable. So whys indira not ready to sell the house ? if selling the house would bring some peace maybe they would all listen and respect her more. Maybe they would blow up the money but still there are practical ways of saving up money for ppl.

What appears as greed on the surface is actually necessity in my eyes.

Up for discussion if anyone s interested.

She is emotionally attached to the house and she sees no reason for her family to be cribbing about selling the house for comfort because she is one who has been sweating it out to run the family expenses, so when she finds there is no need to resort to such easy way of selling ancestor property for comfortable life, then family has no right to push it.
Practically, it makes sense 50 crores is too big an amount to lead very luxurious life, but sometimes certain things are so emotionally attached, they are invaluable and Indu is someone who values those and would not let anyone to sell it without her Vidit bhaiya's consent.
Indu is justified in her thinking and to an extent Kutumb is also right in asking her to sell the property for better livelihood.

indira clearly said she does not have any prob seling d house what she wants is to wait for vidit .
as he too have share in d property n his decission is needed too .
unfortunately indira cant get his decision n her family member dont want to have dat .

anoder reason is memory .
i must say its a big isue .m its not possible for understand .

i have gone through dese phase n so i know .

d house where i spent my childhood was sold after my dadis death as it was her property n needed to devide it among her childrens .

i can say ...if i was adlt enough i would have used my all savings to save dat property .

i think its not possible to uderstand dis feelings untill u go through dese phase .

money n comfort is not everything in life .

n ppl who think only about dat cant b calld good person .

the property is owned by kutumb.if she want to sell and live comfortable life then it is also justified.

she become old.-for remaining period she can have comfortable life and her daughter and son also get there life settled.

so kutumb is not entirely wrong.

i know.

i still love my old house.i have lot of memories for old house.
but the area become commercialized.every where shop opened.it is not easy to remain in market area.
so i decided to sell that house.and bought an home in extension area.
i still miss that house.
but it is life.you need to be move with time.

i opened this thread based on my experience.

Indira got her home in market place same as mine.

it is painful to sell.but it is practical thing to do.
