how can indira stop house sale??

any guesses??

i see there is one possibility.
indira already have power of attorney for house.so now she can register it in the name of rishi before indar sharma register it in the name of builder.

one more option is -
she can get stay from court as a daughter she has also have share in house.and other family members selling it without her consent.so on this basis she can get stay from court.

do you guess any other option indira can use??

the power of attorney is on her name she just need to take the original copy and go to the police station to file a case against Indur the main master mind behind all these.

yes, it really should be. Indira does not even need to submit a copy of the POA, because it is a document approved and processed by the government. Not even Kutumb can attest that she signed it under a falsehood 😆 Although, if any problems do arise, i think since Indira is a family member and not part-owner, she can only create troubles in the selling process by filing a complaint stating that she has put money into Sharma house without an compensation. she is an adult in front of the law, so they would honor the claim. Then it would lead to a court battle...

I'm only guessing though, not sure how the laws in india, etc work really. this just seems most probably outcome for situation and counter-situation

every one is missing a law point here.

power of attorney holder is not owner.
pa holder has right to do transaction on behalf of owner till power of attorney if revoked.
so indira don't have much time left.

now inder sharma will ask kutumb to revoke that power of attorney.so before that indira need to transfer that proparty in another person name or in her name only.

lets see how cvs interpret law in this show.

power of attorney can be revoked any time by owner.
