After days I am seeing a post I can connect to, you write very well and your ideas and expectations are so similar to mine. It was such a pleasure to read your post! I agree with all your points. One thing that really was very well pointed out was about the brother and his attitude. You know there are so many times when people act stubborn, snobbish and boast about certain things when in reality they feel the opposite from inside. Their insecurity or their shortcomings which may be or may not be there but presumed to be there make a person act so stubborn and proud!
The brother here, someone please share his name if possible is possibly not so well educated but nevertheless he can still make a start and earn for his family. I know education is very important but even an uneducated man earns for his familly, he has to and so many people do. The brother here is lazy as well together with being extremely insecure. He either never had a spirit to do much with his life or has lost his spirit for some reason.
Personally I would like to look at the past of these children and see how they were brought up, what was their nature like? Was Indira always so disciplined, was she fun, was the brother efficient at anything at all? Did something happen, like the parents separation possibly is one very tough thing they had to deal with it and are still dealing with it. Just a few things i can think of for now.
