lol amazing indeed. The question is why is it so difficult? Instead of answering that question, we are getting weight-loss gyaan.

the simple answer is most people spend more time giving online gyaan than in actually following upon all their own gyaan. (After all, as per all the gyaan, vast majority of people in the online world must be really fit... yet in RL, very few are.)😛 Ab itna time filmein dekhne mein ya online sites mei spend karoge, toh kaise chalega?😉😆

by the way, I should be thankful to people who dont know how to answer questions- that's about 99.9% of the population. Woh hain toh hum hain choti pe😉😆

oh, did I say I swim 2 to 3 kms (40 to 60 laps) most days, along with some moderate weights/ strength training alternate days? Tafri ke liye. It is another matter it also keeps me in fighting trim😆

I’ll get a leg cramp and drown on my 2nd lap.

Kya madam, aap ne to dill todne wali baat keh daali. I thought leg pulling ke liye I had a special place in your exercise routine. Aap ne to, bas mat poochiye 😛😆

In the context of pulling my leg while I’m swimming.. wouldn’t that kill me? 😒

Lol hum aur kis din kaam aayenge. Doobne ko jaldi dubone se unko kitna aaram aata hai, kabhi socha?😛😆

Btw. True stuff. I did save two girls from drowning. First was when I was 10 and the girl was 6. Another lil kid had pushed her...The lil girl couldn't swim

Second was in Jamaica. A woman was crying help. There were people near her so I thought she was just playing. Then I realized no one was coming and she was still shouting. I swam to her and tried to pull her back. She held on to me tight... so tight that we both could have drowned. I then told her calmly to stop holding me else we both will go. Something got into her head and she stopped struggling. It was fine then. If she hadn't stopped I think I would have been in trouble.

Moral of the story- saving damsels from drowning is my thing😆

1. Eat 1gram of protein per kilo of your weight.

2. Get yourself tested for any disease, deficiency or hormonal issues like Diabetes, PCOS or thyroid malfunction.

3. Eat adequate fats and try to reduce direct carbohydrates.

4. Learn to respect your own body. Eat when you are hungry. You cannot replace sweet craving with apples.

5. Learn to accept your genetic limits. Make yourself strong. Learn weight training. The looks on men's face are priceless when they see a fragile girl deadlifting their own weight.

6. Be happy and please take support for your mental health.
