DOTW: Does Voldemort deserve death?

i dont think voldy deserves death...

my ideal punishment to him for being such a baddy is

let him be immortal but his magical powers shld be snatched from him i.e. he shld become a muggle

it wld be more dreadful than death 😈 ...beleive me 😊

of course he deserves death..but not too soon...1st he shud b tortured nden death.....crucio shud b used 2 him a 100000th times a day......den dey shud kill him....n den iwil b happy n so will b harry..... 😡

well he is/was already living a life worse than death when he had no supporter until wormtail found him & nutured him back to his health....plus he is so power hungry & evil that he got Albus dumbuldore killed for his own greedy reasons that I think he should get a kiss from dementors....but wait that guy has no happiness that can be sucked out of him..or his sole happiness lie in killing harry....I think then kiss of dementor followed by any prison which is more hardcore prision than Abrazine.....where he is tourtured to be good to others & treat them nicely 😃 😳 😉 will be perfect than simple torturous death.

Somehow i cant think of a good enough punishment for him...he deserves much worse than death for what he did to all those people..and the idiot death eaters too ...
Unfortunately nothing is going to bring back the dead so whatever voldy gets in the end really wont matter
n yeah harry shouldnt turn killer just for voldypoos sake..james wouldnt have wanted his best friends to turn killer...so obviously he wouldnt have wanted his son to do it either..at the most harry can finish off the remaining horcruxes...that last living part inside voldys body deserves somethin else entirely..
Only remote punishment i can think of is that he is punished by his own victims...its mentioned in gof that voldy looked scared during the priori incantatem thing..hopefully something similar will happen in book 7...somethin to do with the locked room in Dept. of Mysteries perhaps?😕
Another thing i can think of is that ALL his followers turn against him for some reason?

how painful must it be for voldy to live forever, and to only have the memories of his failures...and also actually be unable to DO anything coz he'd just be an empty shell? aaahhh....if only.

but yeh, noone ever says to "kill" voldy, it's always "defeat"...which could mean so many things. maybe it will mean that the dark lord will be defeated but Tom Riddle will survive? *shrugs*

the other dark wizard that has been "defeated" before Voldy...Grindewald...(by dumbledore)...it's never been explained if Dumbledore actually "killed" him or just defeated the darkness within?
Like how that Warlock got rid of the Wagga Wagga Werewolf...(CoS...Lockhart taking credit for...)...which seemed to allude to the fact that he got rid of the werewolf and didnt actually KILL anyone...

and anyways, the only sureshot way to kill sum1 is with AK...and noone from the Right side will use that...*sigh*

Damn it, we're all gonna have to wait!!! What are other possible ways other than Death to punish someone? to live with one's failures forever? coz i do believe that immortality isnt a blessin but a pain to live with...(if u pardon the pun 😆 )

So yeh, getting back to the question...No, Voldy dusnt deserve death, he deserves something else...
btw Wormtail also deserves some sort of horrible thing...coz regardless of what he does to help Harry in book7...he was heartless...my poor Sirius!

Volddy sertainly deserves death 4 the sake of all the people he has murderd.. I know I do not sound very nice but think of all the people he killed many tortured.

well i know all of you feel that he doesnt deserves death but i have a different opinion here...through out the book its quite obvious that the one thing which voldemort fears the most is death....that was the main reason he wanted to conquer it, that was the main reason he wanted to split his souls and made horcruxes, infact that precisely was the main reason which motivated him to turn to a murdrer, i feel that had he not know murder was a passport towards imortality, he perhaps wouldnt have done it, atleast not at such a young age as of tom riddle, this obsession of imortality made him evil to an extent that it could no longer be termed evil it had very well crossed that simple understandable term....

he feels hes the most powerful coz he can so easily perform the killing curse without batting an eye. the only curse which doesnt has a counter curse, according to him there can never be more pain than death and he seaks sadestic pleasure by the looks of fear and plea in the eyes of his victims...

but honestly, do u realy feel that the AK curse is more torturous than The Cruciatus curse?....all the AK curse ever does is emit a green light and within seconds you are enveloped in it and thereby putting an end to all miseries,,,but Cruciatus is a living hell and thats wat is more horrendeous and evil....but voldemort has a different opinion....to him the AK curse is the ultimat weapon the epitome of power...and i personally do want him to see that curse coming stright at him though he wld be scared for just a split of a second but the force of that fear would be neough to seve him for all his deeds..just i wish that alongwith fear he has a pleading tone too a tone where he finally accepted defeat....i feel death is the only punishment he deserves coz even after returning to power he had flaunted that yes he was worse than alive for 13 years he suffered pain beyond expressing BUT STILL HE WAS ALIVE....and this thing instilled him to fight and nayhow come back again.....this is his strenght as well as his biggest weakness...and thats where harry is got to strike
