^^ Out of all the wild guesses only Susan Bones & Charity Burbage some way or the other had something to do with the trio , Nevile , Draco ..etc ..( your first clue ) ..🤔 .. however, i dont think Charity Burbage ever got the chance 'to help the helping one' ..and that leaves me with Susan Bones , highly unlikely to be the answer.. 😆
