I'm new here! Ho is the name! Have been trying to figure out what makes people go beserk about HP. Tried reading but put it away. Any help?

Hi everyone.I am Shiya.I have been always a HP fan.I prefer books to movie as I believe that a 3 hours movie is unable to give those intensely pleasurable sceens such as Quidditch worldcup and many minor extremely humourous and sarcastic dialouges.
I have read the first six book and will read the seventh in Oct.
Besides I have seen the first four movies too.
