Yes it is Aragog and the Basilisk. 👏

A married leader and a single slave (Aragog married Mosag and was the leader of all the spiders in the forest. The basilisk lived alone and worked for the heir of Slytherin.)
The toothless elder now gone to his grave (The Basilisk was killed by Harry and lost a tooth i.e. it's fang in the process.)
The death for which the younger took the blame
Committed by the one he could not name (Aragog was blamed for Myrtle's death and refused to tell Hagrid that it was really the Basilisk since spider's don't speak of it.)
They've ten between them, ten that do not see (Aragog has eight eyes, which have gone blind with old age, while the basilisk had two which were pecked out by Fawkes.)

Now name the leader and his enemy!!! 😉

Oh that's basically just to go with the rhyme but it also refers to Aragog being only an egg when Hagrid got him and hid him in a school cupboard. Whereas the Basilisk was present in the chamber for ages, since Salazar Slytherin's time. So naturally the Basilisk is elder to Aragog and also his enemy.
