on a journey, en-route a path
starting with a triple
reaching half of the first (These lines probably describe the first 3 alphabets i.e. ROW, maybe as an action or maybe as a journey up to the first half of the word)
leaving half from end (Now comes the next half of the word)
taking along the second of it's kind (The letter 'E' is the 2nd in the list of vowels)
which is stationed at one less of 2 halves (This talks about where the 'E is placed)
crossing two more of 4 halves (I absolutely have no idea what the 4 halves refer to, but i'm assuming it to be N here for the simple fact that it fits the name 😆)
coming to rest at the beginning of it all (A is the first alphabet in the series)

reaching half of the first O is 3 minus 18 (R) and 3 is half of 6-the first line hexad...actually this line is ill constructed sorry...
leaving half from end w is third from last and 3 is half of 6

which is stationed at one less of 2 halves exactly E's placement...one less of 6...2 times half (again al is right)
crossing two more of 4 halves 4X3=12+2=14 which is N
