thanx to snitchseeker

Aaron Lambert, the thief who stole two copies of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince from a distribution centre where he worked on June 2, threatened Sun reporter John Askill with a gun during negotiations to sell the books, and who later attempted to blackmail UK publisher Bloomsbury, will face jail time. In October, Lambert plead guilty to stealing the books six weeks before they were to be distributed.

Quote:
But in court on Tuesday he admitted all the charges, and two counts of trying to blackmail Potter publisher Bloomsbury. He previously admitted possessing an imitation firearm.

Quote:
In court, Judge Richard Bray said: "He (Lambert) is going to prison for a very long time."

Sentencing will take place in January.
