Yeah, his eyes are blue.
And they're blue in the movies too. He was too young to wear contacts when he first started acting, and I read some where that the studio decided to let it stand for continuity.

And I don't seem to remember him with green eyes in PoA... am I remembering it wrong? Maybe he started 'contacting' only in the publicity stills they take of him?
