Ranveer will never be shown just as a black character. He gave Gaurav money to separate Kabir and Aanchal. But every time she fought with Kabir, it was Ranveer who would come and pacify her and make her go back to him. He is a guy who will pinch the baby and when it starts crying, will rock the cradle. That slap is his dream or thoughts of what he would like to do. But that is not his way. He is more controlled and subtle than that.

My guess is he will play a 2 sided game. He will tell Aanchal that he would never try to come between her and her love. But will tell Kabir to give attention to office. He will create misunderstandings like ask her to spend time with him even after knowing that she had plans with Kabir and then pretending that he was not aware of that. He will also try the reverse. He will try to gain her sympathy and ask her to spend time with him as he has very little time to live. He will be so generous in his acts tha he will make her feel like she should do her duties as a wife. With all this he will make Aanchal feel obligated to him, and be his wife in true sense.

As to Meenu Mudgal and the rape accusation, my guess is that she had consensual sex with Ranveer believing in his saintly image. She probably demanded for money or something else but was denied by him. At that point, she along with Malik came up with the rape charges. She knew that Aanchal is such a lawyer who would believe her. And hence went to her. But when Ranveer was released from prison, Malik got scared and double crossed her or Ranveer knowing their plan paid Malik to double cross Meenu. Later he easily got rid of Malik.

I was feeling so depressed seeing him acting like Yudhisthir yah Bhagwan Raam. It doesn't suit him. The story was really boring and like every thousand Cinderella stories in TV. Ek gareeb but honest ladki thi, she came she made everyone angel and the end. How pathetic!🤢

Now it is in action. Kabir Vs Ranbir. Ek Sher hai to dusre Saua Sher. Both bad, evil, nasty. They were the brothers who were both after Anchal to destroy and now both are obsessed lovers. The photo room made me feel confused...was Ranbir turned pagol after that case or he made that case to get intimate with her. Because so many pictures can't be today's work. May be he used to like her long before they met. Kabir who was the black sheep at first now is looking more normal.

Well who doesn't like a story when two hot brothers run for one beautiful girl. I just hope ANchal doesn't turn in to a bhigi billi from a sherni, want to see her in action too. Finally the story is getting interesting.

Even I hate Bhagwan Ram type Male leads. Grey is good. And I do want to see Kabir Vs Ranvir for Aanchal. This is exactly why I signed for the show. The thrill to get the girl 2 man love any how.

What I don't want is the abusive Ranvir. Abuse is terrible & I can't watch it.

Come to my beautiful house and rest for a while- said the spider to the butterfly and the butterfly happily obliged.
Aanchal is stuck in a nightmare beyond her dreams, something Aman repeatedly warned her off and she didnt listen.. They say be careful of what you wish for, you might actually get it. Mrs Shrivastava in the first episode joked about The Ranveer Raichand as a husband for Aanchal. Now it has become a reality.

Ranveer might never physically abuse her but emotional abuse at every step is a given. It started in yesterdays episode with pandit ranting that Ranveer will be affected by the Kundali dosh only if aanchal becomes his wife in the true sense.

Soon Ranveer will start assaulting Aanbeer relationship making Aanchal feel guilty for loving Kabir. Their relationship will obviously break. After Aanchal and Kabir find out Ranveers truth he is going to intensify the emotional torture on Aanchal by resorting to blackmail, threats etc till she has no will to fight and gives in.

Kabir is going to suffer seeing Aanchal suffer. Never knew a day would come when I would feel sorry for Kabir and like him.

Hope what you said is true. Makers stick to grey characters promise & not the dark ones.

Recently I watched the launch video and a couple of things stayed with me. One is that the series just has like 150 episodes max. The other is that the writer has already written the ending and is backtracking the story from there. In the movie Baazigar, Sharukh Khan even after doing all that is someone whom viewers can't hate. Ranveer is like that. He is a master manipulator. He will manipulate Aanchal to love and trust him more than anyone. He will create such misunderstandings between Aanchal and Kabir that, she will start telling Kabir off. Tell him that he doesn't know anything about love, relationships or sacrifice. She will get caught in his superficial sacrifices and will believe in them completely. The more Kabir realizes the truth and tries to tell her, the more she will push him away saying that he is not understanding his brothers intentions. That Ranveer is the good guy and it is Kabir who is the bad guy. Kabir is shown as impulsive and Ranveer will take full advantage of that.

By the time she gets to know his true face, she will be completely caught in his web. So much so that she will defend him and shield him.

Absolutely, the story has become totally unpredictable from here. Till now, it was a clear shot upto this track. But now marriage has happened. 37 episodes done. about 110 left.

How will it unfold in future is actually the thrill quotient & USP of the show.

Even in a 2 or 2.5 hours duration thriller movies, some times basic character build ups are so efficiently addressed by makers enabling a wider audience to emotionally connect with them despite all twists that pop up later. In a daily finite series like Haasil there are visible glitches in this area..😳

Frankly the base setting to showcase a powerful, successful, intelligent, rich, shrewd and handsome Ranvir Raichand badly getting obsessed towards a normal, middle class, over confident failed lawyer like Aanchal, that too so soon also overwriting his caring and protective adopted rich family turning him into a psycho wasn't convincingly build up for a wider audience to connect deeply.

All I can say, there is clear cut line that distinguishes grey, negative and pitch dark characters..

So it sounds rather silly when obsessed pyscho killers in fiction stories are mis-quoted by some people as 'grey' characters to grab attention without properly pondering on how grey characters function..😛 sorry but such characters don't even come close to the word grey they are pitch dark..

I had always said that I was very apprehensive when makers said that Ranvir is grey because I am well aware with the fact that for them grey means pitch black...no layers..no complexities...nothing...grey means black from them
Our makers fail to understand what complex grey actually means

A psycho obsessive man who dreams of slapping a girl he loves accomaplined by the typical cliche villainous neck bends and evil eagle would background is the quintessential grey in their dictionary I guess!

Selling the same old wine in a new flashy and fancy bottle, tricking the viewers by promising to show something pathbreaking and a complex grey character is sort of cheating the viewers

Now the story is sort of predictable

Ranvir will not slap her...he will dream about slapping her

Ranvir is not shown as a normal guy who did all this for love...he is shown as an obsessed man who can cross all limits for Aanchal.
He has a to full ofAanchal's pics...he dreamt that he slapped her...instead of a shrewd, calculative man he is shown as an obsessed man.
He is not grey but negative.

Also story is predictable now

Ranvir will try to separate AaBir

He will create misunderstsndings between them

Then we will see Aanchal falling in love with him...but it will only be a pretence

Kabir will hate him

Aanchal will trap Ranvir in his own game

AaBir will unite and Ranvir will die

Ranvir did fareb to get his junoon Aanchal

Aanchal will do Fareb with Ranvir to get her Ishq Kabir

Kabir will also play against Ranvir to get Aanchal

So, ya story is predictable now...Ranvir is the antagonist of the show.

I will watch the show online so that I can fast forward

This literally seems like Beyhadh 2.0 and Ranvir the male version of Maya.

Sigh ! Had high hopes from the makers but I guess as they say expectations always hurt...should have known better that for our makers grey is main villain and pathbreaking means a cliche
