Might be something related with some illness, initially terminal illness but later can be cured

If that BTS video is about Ranvir then I think Ranvir will get severely injured...he will be in a critical condition

Sarika was crying, Kabir was fighting with the doc and Aanchal looked heart broken which makes me think that doctor did give some terrible news about Ranvir

Yup might be related to a terminal illness which might get cured

Something major must have happened going by everyone's reactions

Coz Kabir was also critical in yesterday's epi but reactions are not that major.

So, it might be possible that he received a head injury and on further check up doctor will inform them that he is suffering from some terminal illness

But I wonder if Ranvir will be faking it if this happens or it will be genuine
