Something major must have happened going by everyone's reactions

Coz Kabir was also critical in yesterday's epi but reactions are not that major.

So, it might be possible that he received a head injury and on further check up doctor will inform them that he is suffering from some terminal illness

But I wonder if Ranvir will be faking it if this happens or it will be genuine

Till now everything is genuine on Ranvir's part. So yeh bhut genuine hi hoga.

If we think about it then Ranvir fainting has to come into play

So yes I agree with u guys doctor might inform them about some illness but I want Ranvir to be genuine about this.
