Hi GD fans,

As I'm sick at home with a nasty bug, thought might as well post something.

Gunja has been replaced hope Chachu is not going to go through the same fate! I did like him he was such a sympathetic character, very different from the other family members, very simple at heart.

He's been away for so long, I wonder why. Hopefully GD will try to retain him.

I felt he would have a strong connection with Adhi and probably when he got to know Ayesha and Adi's story he would be on their side!

Also may be he would be able to give some sound advice to both Adhi and Ayesha after all he's a writer and he's had a broken relationship with his ex wife so am pretty sure he would have placed both love birds in front of life's harsh realities!

I hope that you get better soon.

I too have wonderd o the reasons why he is not around. It has been suggested that he is working on another series. Chachu's character could have been develped so well. He was an ideal link between the charcters in Delhi and those in Sonbarsa.

Hey Hema, GD forum is a good medicine i am sure you must be feeling better now!! 😆

You are right Chachu is missing. May be they have a contract when Anjali is around no need of Chachu.. as right now Anjali is doing similar things what chachu did with nik and Lajjo at home.

He is a simple person and a writer so may be as you said he knows Adhi and may come up with new secrets of his life. We badly need someone to get Adhisha closer as Niks try just went in vein 😭.

chachu is working in another series on star plus, since they did not replace him yet , am hoping they have connection with him as he is such a good actor, am sure he would be a vital part of story as story of anuradha is linked to him which is going to be explored once story moves back to sonbursa,I still cant believe sweet gunja got replaced, she had amazing chemistry with nik ,hope this one has too...

And yes chachu may be link bet ween adi and Ayesha..

Hope you feel better very soon.Please stay hydrated.i know chachu is missing for a while .Since he is still with star plus hoping he can juggle between two shows.And I am sure he will play a key role n Ayesha's life.😊

really Star plus.. how come i am not aware!! anyway.. but i ma sure he can work in both the serials rt? Like Ayesh.. i have seen her in a serial don't know the name now but in a total different get up. sari and gujrathi sari plus complete gavala accent i mean ekdum typical. And here in GD total modern, western outfit. she is a great actor though sometime do too much OA. Initially she irritated me the most..!
But now they have comletly side tracked the story of Chachu and his girlfriend.. aparna or something.. I am sure once lajjo start track is done they will look into these loose ends..

Hope you are fine .

Chachu is missing ever since Nikhil came back from Sonbarsa!! We had put up a missing notice for him here in the forum!!😆 but no progress!! I liked his character very much and felt that he would help Nikhil to deal with the separation...but he just disappeared into thin air!!🤢

I saw him in some other serials!! 😕 Hope GD didn't pack him off!!

His story is yet to reach a logical end...I mean closure of his divorce with Anjali...i.e from Rishi's pov and also his relationship with friend (I have forgotten her name!!) He is very important connect between Sonbarsa ( Babaji ) and his family in Delhi. I thought he would help Inder reconcile with his father...as chachu was the first one to reach out to his Baba.

We all know that Inder, Naani and the rest are supporting Nikhil to be with Laajo, but Chachu's support would be vital as Nikhil sees him as his friend, philosopher and guide. Moreover for Anjali to realize her mistake and Rishi to get to know the truth, he should be there!! Hope he comes back into the show as he is a sweet and mature character.
