From what I understand i.e. per the Bengali show, Lajo will convince Nikhil to go back with Barkha and she will continue her education and due to circumstances will move to the city where she will meet Sagar. So basically Lakhil are only going to unite for a week or 2 before separating again and then the story will focus on Lajo becoming a famous dancer. In one of the tracks Nikhil will also get accused of murder but I dont know how or when that is going to happen.
