arpita promise haunts him. no matter how much he wud do bahuji bidding it cud be to get out the anger in him at betrayal bt his heart is not in that..

What was not clear from above was whether Tanmay was @ the scene or not. If Avi kills RV right then & there and Tanmay is not there to hear this, he may never forgive Shikha for betraying RV.
