Guys, I'm sorry for not being able to pitch in much :((

Tomorrow is a bit of a breather for me so I can hopefully do caps then.

Oooh you're gonna wait?? Nice! I was thinking I'll get left behind in the discussions😆...but this is good...yeah this week is a bit of a delay but things should get back on track after that and we can carry along with the posts...one of my all time fav scenes is coming up soon😍...the one when he tends to her all night.

Gaaah I feel like watching the mandir scene right now too but I gotta study...I hate this!

Batch 1:

Before I begin, I have to just say that watching any portion of Gulaal makes you feel so ENRICHED again, nahin? *sigh*

And just the sheer range of emotions in this epi again is something.


Anywhoo...so we start with Kesar-Gulaal hearing the call of the wild...oops I mean Talli :P


And they rush over to see what's wrong...I found this bit amusing even though we don't have a close up of it...you can tell that GK turn to look at each other and almost roll their eyes at Talli's silly antics...such a unit they've always been...reminds me of another scene later on when they ganged up against Talli...haha


This bit was amusing for the back and forth b/w K and T that Gulaal is watching with amusement.







Loved this shot...ahh the DOP...






Jaldi waapas nahin aaye toh tum DONO ko yahaan chhod ke chal jaunga...oh Kesar😆


Galool can so see through his nautanki :P



This bit was very nice again with Gulaal taking in the open skies around her

Batch 2:

The rescue😆

Gulaal calls out for Kesar to help a "drowning" Talli


Kesar rolls his eyes and tells her that Talli is kidding...I liked how NB did this bit...lol



Galool decides to jump in herself...*shakes head* lol


And now loverboy goes on full alert😆


They made this bit so dramatic with so many sweeping shots of Kesar sitting on the banks in shock...haha


Finally he comes out of his paralytic state and decides to run and save her in fultoo hero mode...lol




The triangle points that Jzee was mentioning...very interestingly shot indeed.


And interesting how in this bit, Kesar has atleast made some progress in swimming towards point G that is Galool while Talli is still flopping somewhere uselessly when supposedly she can swim and is already IN the water...lol


Aww finally we have the rescue and the hug...I liked the shift in music here...you can almost sense Kesar's relief when he gathers her close





This shot was interesting to me where after laying her down he is still hesitant to touch her



Finally ofcourse he has to cuz Gulaal isn't waking up

Top angle shot...again beautifully shot...looks poetic in a sense.








Finally they're at the vaid's place...the way Kesar is watching Gulaal from afar has been beautifully shot and very well enacted by NB





And his reaction to hearing that Gulaal could have almost lost her life...the look he turns to give to Talli...this is all YOUR fault...lol

Last batch:

Talli persists even as he tries to block her out

Talli sunaaoes some home truths to him about Gulaal's suffering


NB did a fabulous job with expressions in this bit









And then Gulaal shows up...I love the transition of reactions on Kesar's face...the happiness at seeing her conscious before quickly covering it up again







Repeating that he would have saved anyone in Gulaal's place...even a dushman






"Main badlungi nahin...aur na hi tere liye mera pyar"...such a powerful moment
