The best part was she acknowledged her love and inability to survive without him BEFORE the ghost and family butting in...In the end it was just a matter of wrong and right...because she had promised MB that she will free Kesar...and also PB...so may be she thought that it would have been wrong...but when MB himself freed her and i think when he said ..Vasu would have wanted this...her subconscious generated the last thread which bound her...and when he freed her...She was just free to revel in her love...and when all these things happened the Kumbhkaran kept on sleeping...Gadha kahin ka😡😆

Ditto that Nithya - I wanted to see Dushyant, and I would have certainly loved more GK... but I feel at peace... this has ended well. I'm going to take time getting out of the routine of 9PM... but at least there's going to be so much satisfaction about not being let down!

As I said earlier - I think Neil may have refused to shoot for DB 🤣 jk jk! But really, I'm not that sure I wanted to see them promote DB anyway - Gullu ki majburi thi, obligation nibha di! 😆

Gulaal's confession... Neil's expressions... the slow but sure dawn of what he was going to hear - what he was hearing! I always wanted the GK confession to be something subtle and powerful - the classic GK style, and the CV's and the actors ofc (👏 ) did not let us down one second! I'm going to be a very proud and pleased Gulaal fan for a long long time to come - humesha is the forbidden word as per Kesu rules 😆 but you get the idea!

I feel lazy to make a post today - just feel like sitting and sort of absorbing the idea - the beauty of a confession we've awaited so long... and the idea that this is it... sigh!

Srushy, that was my main concern...I did not want her to be pushed by all these people into realizing but she had already acknowledged her feelings...so Vasant was not a catalyst and I was happy about that😊

Srush that's what I was saying yesterday! Her entire deal of not being able to face him... she wasn't being the classic Galool ostrich... she'd come to determine the truth night before DV break - and then the Kulli pheras had brought on the peak of her realization... she had the truth figured out - and when the family's in-acceptance too ceased to be a barrier - she returned to what her original hitch about Kesar - a new man in her life had been - snapping the chord with her past... Kesar's love had brought on the realization of her change of heart... but to come to the point where she could understand that her heart's desire was also THE right thing to do was needed... it's what was tying her down...

So her prayer before God verbalized and justified that side. I'm extra glad that Kesar's accident turned out to be a trivial something - because that in a way proved to be a jolt - but not a jolt that could consume her so greatly that we wouldn't hear this confession about how she did not need jolts to know her heart - that she already knew! She knew what Kesar was in her life... and that's why it was hardest letting him go yesterday! Oh the CVs did so much justice to her character - Gulaal has come a long long way... and with what conviction! Kesar has risen beyond his utter tangle of complexities, to a man of such alacrity and resolve - and again, with what conviction! What amazing leads we have had a chance to watch and love!
