Aarti thank you for the another romantic chappie. I was thinking that kesar birthday is ruined as she not wished him at all and phone switched off but how brilliantly you took both of them to yatch and see, very brilliant writing and reminded me of Kaho na pyaar hai and wishing they will abandoned to one island, which was not realistic but glad that they went drunk esp. Gulaal went drunk and pour out heart and dialog that If kesar will forget her. This dialogue will have important role once he get the news that gulaal and his mom is planning him to getting married with talli reminding him of this dialogue if I am correct.

The Gulaal in your fiction is so much better aware of what she wants vs what she must do - as opposed to the show, where she knows only what she must do and pushes away even flimsy thoughts of what she wants, for the most!

After every chapter there is so much build up that I apprehend and expect even more for Kesar to know of Gulaal's promise to PB... Can't even imagine his range of emotions in reaction!

But was Gulaal's last dialog an indication? Is the showdown coming? Waiting eagerly for chapter #30!
