When Kesar returned, Gulaal was under the impression that he was angry at her for sending him away to boarding for 10 years. He was openly rude to her many many times. In the beginning Gulaal went about trying to pacify him in her own little ways but when she realized that he did not want her interference, she backed off completely.

Gradually, Kesar came around (we know our Kesuda cannot stay angry at Gul for too long 😍). So for the most part he was nice to her but would lose his temper and be rude to her once in a while (read - sarpanch election, rumors about Dushy Gulaal etc etc). The whole DV make and break, Talli Kes almost marriage fiascos happened and ultimately Kesar realized that he was actually in love with Gulaal. His confession was the turning point for Gulaal and since then we have seen an angry, confused Gulaal (read - same as Kesar when he returned).Basically, so far we have seen an angry Kes - a pacifying Gulaal, an angry Gulaal - a pacifying Kesar. So we have come full circle now.

I think after this confrontation on Monday, Kesar will back off completely (I suppose all the Talli wedding prep zimmedaari will be put on his head as well). Gulaal will start noticing a mature grown up Kesar, taking care of all the work marriage responsibilities...this is the part where she will start feeling a little something for him?? I am seriously not expecting much conversation between Gul and Kes in the coming episodes...he won't be rude to her...but he won't go out of his way for her either.

Judging by Kesar's expression on the precap, he looks surprised and hurt - and when Kesar is hurt, doesnt he walk away usually - honestly i dont blame Gulaal for what assumptions she is coming up with now... coz we saw her mulling over it yesterday, and in the precap, her tone doesnt sound accusing, asking hims questions and it sounds like is getting desperate for answer and why he is doing this, and the only thing i can see hopefully is Kesar tells Gulaal, that he believes 3 months they will break, so he is doing all he can to give her some happiness, and their is no other motive and so on, one thing has to be done is her assumptions of what she thinks needs to be cleared for any of the other eyeopeners her friends gave her to come alight in the future... and connect, and i do feel Kesar will take on everything for Talli's shaadi to go well, coz he wants it and he feels it is his responsibility as well, and yeah also keep out of Gulaal's way - which as you could say she starts to see little of him in a different light...

On a serious note...this show is very hard to predict. I would like to think that the confrontational scene will bring about a positive change in Galool. There is no point of her going back to square 1 because the story will not move forward till she does.

It's really not the right scenario for her to slap him. She needs to be shut up here and I'm sure Kesar will leave her thinking. He will clearly tell her that as a friend he is trying to give her all the happiness he possibly can in these 3 months.

Maybe there will be a significant incident which makes Gulaal realise that Kesar's feelings are actually of love and more just attachment etc.
