That scene when Kesar gets up, checking to see if the letters are still with him was really funny 🤣 I mean there you have Jamuna looking down at him and all he cares abt are his letters ... Last scene of him begging was real sad. Great acting there by Neil!

I love how direct Kesar is. I know he shdn't have told infront of everyone that he loves Gulaal but i was happy that he did. And yea you're right, it's kinda silly of them to be all surprised with that statement of his. I mean why else would he want to spend the rest of his life with Gulaal then? 😆

She will eventually come out of this...but right now she faces the demons of her own decisions...she had her and others' life wholly charted out..and in came the Kesuda spammer ...sending everything into complete disarray😆 I was catching up on old episodes last night...you know I think Gulaal STILL doesn't realize to what extent she has played with Kesar's life...THAT should be her first realization...yes she did what she had to do when she felt cornered all those years ago...but to not take into account Kesar's feelings...his thought process...it's her biggest mistake in life...I saw the epi when Motabha had warned her of the future consequences...and that is exactly what's happening now...Gulaal didn't think beyond the present back then...and she really did miscalculate...I don't know what made her think that Kesar would blindly do whatever she told him to all his life...it's amazing how blinded someone can be sometimes...did she really think that he would just be as static a person as her in those 10 years?? She tried to put Deeyarvattu as a childish "game" in front of Kesar and thought he'd buy that forever?

And btw what now? Since she says she doesn't believe in this deeyarvattu nor does she accept Kesar as her husband...is she going to go back to her widow garb? She can't wear the symbols of a married woman any more, can she?

...about that ending thing..I guess it will be better if they end up at a logical note...we know what happens when the show does NOT end...
But even with falling TRPs and all Gulaal team has always maintained a std and a pace to the story...I have never seen a more optimum use of Maha Episodes than this serial...and even every episode does use all he actors to its max..*touch wood*😆 LOL I have to agree...the show has maintained good pace and quality...I also hope for an ending on a logical note and not something rushed...they've portrayed an unconventional storyline very well and they should do justice to it.

In a way, so to speak people don't ever give a conscious acknowledgement to their own shadow. Gulaal is forcibly keeping herself in the dark. When she comes out of her own world of chosen darkness and brings herself to visible sunlight and look what is around her, there is every chance to realise that there is a shadow with her which also ceased to be along with her in her darkness. To notice the existing shadow, she has to drag herself to the light, which would be nothing but Kesar's love.

When she steps into the world of light, she would notice him.So brilliantly put yaar!👏👏👏 LOVED how you've worded this...brilliant analogy! Gulaal has indeed chosen to keep herself trapped in the world of darkness where she can cling to old memories...Kesar represents the light that she refuses to bring herself to...and it is only then that she will be able to notice this shadow as well.
