OMG!! is this true??how can crappy serials like yeh rishta,saath nibhaana sathiya and navya get such high ratings??

Naitik,akshara,ahem from sathiya,navya girl are among the worst actors of the century🤢

It seems acting is not a criteria for a serial to get high ratings*sigh*

nopes its the makeup saari jewelery crap saas bahu...and their stupid saazish thats make serial hit...who cares for story and acting till bahus and saas are giving one expression with expessive sarees and full makeup...and if not boy and girl have endless eyelocks stupid dupaataas flying senselessly

Seriously..i tried watching the serial geet cuz i heard so much about it from IF...but the first episode i watched had only eyelocks between the leads..then the second one too..and still they are busy eyelocking...once or twice its ok but this serial has no limits to eyelocking and dupatta flying..ha ha

And abou other star plus serials the less said the better..after gulaal i will bid adieu to TV serials...Gulaal is one and only serial that i love watching😳

O.M.G why Gulaal has such a low trp?? Gulaal is the only watchable serial. All the actors are superb compared to other crappy overacting from the other serials. No other serial can replace Gulaal. Hope Gulaal is not ending!!!

Y do I have this mighty feeling dat...people just switch on the TV, flick open shows "NOT TO BE NAMED" and comfortably begin with slow regular yawns and den move onto deep snores!!!

No wonder it gets the TRPs...and yet manages to be the biggest DRAG for a show in Tellydom!!!

Yeah acctors in yeh rishta have only the worried expressions on their face and naitik the male lead have this constipated look 24x7🤢Akshara and her mom takes one hour to say a dialogue and get worried even at the drop of a pin...sometimes i feel like getting in to TV and strangle them all...now a new addition to this is navya...the girl is always whining and crying and takes like an eternity to open her mouth and say a dialogue..even for walking like from hall to door she takes 30 minutes..ha ha..

Lets not criticise other shows here. The fact is that acting has very little to do with the TRPs. You can be the most rubbish actor but still be in the most popular show.

Gulaal needs promotion and also some fluidity in the screenplay so it doesn't jump to one scene to another and sticks to the storyline which moves it forward i.e. Gulaal-Kesar story. The other characters though important, I don't think they connect to the audience as much as the families of YRKKH or Saathiya.

LOL I guess I shudn't haven't quoted that show...but ol' prejudices!!!😆😆

Neways...I think da REAL reason for Gulaal's all tym low TRPs is dat it shares its time slot with "Oh-so-wunnerful-Pavitra-Rishta"

And most middle-aged and older dan dat aged ppl will tend to watch that...The unconventional love story of Kesar and Gulaal may not be digestible to them!!!

^Possibly but then the show has got a fangroup with Kesar-Gulaal. Even though Vasant-Gulaal were liked there was no fan-following for them.
