First of all plz pardon me in advance, I am just asking this out of my curiosity.

We all know that Kesar and Gulaal are meant for each other and their age difference is just 6-8 which is very common among couples. Besides Gulaal is young and that is why elders are getting worried about her future and Kesar is a grown up man and they have'nt shared a mother-son relation coz it was impossible and it is natural to fall in love.

But my question is Gulaal instead of being young, if she were a middle aged or old aged woman, and Kesar 22, would you find the track equally interesting. Obviously I would feel something unnatural in that.

Plz dont loose temper I am all for Kesar-Gulaal but here I am asking about an other situation.

I really want to know ur opinion .

I'm not 100% from what you wrote, if you are A) all for the Keser/Gulaal relationship, or B) against it.

In my opinion though, the age gap is only... what? 8 years? That nothing! I know real life couples , where the woman is nearly 10 years older than her male partner. That being said, I'm sure we ALL know couples where the man is 10, maybe even upto 15 years older than his wife and think thats okay. Why is it any different if the woman is the older one?

I dont think my opinion would change if it were a middle aged woman and a young man. I think age is irrelevent when it comes to love.

I loved the film PRIME and was really hoping Uma thurman and Bryan Greenberg would stay together. I also was really routing for Keano Reaves in 'SOMETHINGS GOTTA GIVE'. If your thinking these are american movies, even DIL CHATA HAI HAI had Akshay Khanna fall in love with Dimple Kapadia and that was a super hit movie. I wasnt really rooting for that pair (but that was more because Dimple was an alcholic) but I definetly found it interesting.

I think it all depends on the chemistry of the characters, whether they have that dynamic or not where the viewer gets pulled in to their story. Age gap isn't a really issue as long as the love story is handled the way it should be. Personally, as long as I feel that pull towards the couple, I'll watch them.

ok i have commented previously i m just repeating my words if odd couples like saifu and bebo happens in reality y cant gulaal and kesar happen in fiction...besides if gulaal and kesar were living in city then gulaal must be in college first or second year and kesar in 7 standard ...so how many of us has witness gals in 7 std falling for a first year students secretly ...???????? we must have seen these kind of couples its common...we all know wen infactuation or love kind of feeling began to arise...right ...ofcourse there is no marriage but how will define the exact age of love feelings and emotions...kesar and gulaal are like that with the difference they are married which is illegal that time...but now they can remarry ...now kesar and gulaal are mature and can take their desicion themselves and kesar was not that child infront of gulaal like it seems like 3-5 year old

I think you didnt get what I really mean.

Long back there was a news on a teenaged boy marrying an old aged woman of about 80. It was an highly sensational news bcoz it was so unnatural and I was just trying to say/ask what you think about Gulsar, whether it is odd like Saif-Bebo or natural like Sachin-Anjali. Hope you got me. Plz do comment.
