About bahus I feel they are trying to rise up in AJ's eyes by doing this dekhawa since he had told them last time after they accused his guddiya of attempting to kill dayan & almost made her go away from him that his maafi will cost them heavy.

None of them want to be in AJ's bad book & right now at this state seeing his the extent of his feelings towards Guddu i.e. him taking big panga with his own bua ji leaving the respect factor aside, deciding to go on vanvaas with her,etc. showing any open hostility towards Guddu would only earn them more wrath of the sher.

And who knows last time he didn't even attempt to stop them from leaving the house, next time what if he himself kicks them out ?

Hence once it was out that it was Pervy who attempted to do Durga dahan, she quickly jumped in & apologized to Guddu may be in an attempt to make AJ forget what she did earlier & earn his favor once again.
