They all have disjoint intention. It's not like all are after the leads or property..

• Saru is for restaurant
• Durga is for her tyranny
• Rocky is for thappad ka badla
• Angad is for Guddan
• Rawat was for Antra
• Dutta was for black colour fiasco revenge and so property
• Vijay was for anti-love urge
• That bomb wala uncle was for his child

So we will not get bored of tracks like a villain trying to gain property everytime or trying to create misunderstanding between leads...every time it's balanced with combined effort from everyone to create problems though resulting into ultimate failure always

I so so love the villains...
