Actually he does wrongs and made plans to hurt everyone but eventually his plan flops and brings akshan closer everyone hates for his cheap doings bt at the same time people loves him when he is beaten or his plans flops by akshan people loves his frustrated face and making khokla promise which directly or indirectly bring akshan closer

Well nobody disagrees with you. We praise his idiocy not his actions that hurt people... At the end of the day he is a villian, who is destined to be destroyed by the MLs!! What we deeply enjoy is the result of his major failures: AkshAn coming closer each time!!

We all want him because he brings akshan together with his stupid plans

Writers have written his character so well that we can't hate him
We love to hate him

Perv we know he is villain but we know akshan will bbb him before hand so we love him because we know it will bring akshan together
He sent goons and guddan was in jail timepass for aj
He poisoned the drink but we saw guddan cute drunk scene
He planned 2 enemies be together we got akshan married

So u see he brings good in akshan life
His plans flop we laugh

But we hate him when siddi was hurt and revti was a fool believing him but now she has some sense
Latest we hate him having gf and wife in hotel but we are excited to see akshan bbb him

So u see this villain is entertainingly lovable but love to hate him

Perv is a darling trust me with this scene to we might see akshan as a team throwing him out of siddi and revti life

A villain is needed for the story & most villains do the same heinous crimes or atleast attempts but we are glad that our villain's plans always results in to giving us something beautiful & we are almost always sure he will fail. & the character is funny & comical.

I completely agree with you it sounds weird in reality but its a frictional show & majority of fans will rather love a negative character who ends up doing some good to the leads rather than an insensible positive character who does nothing positive rather than crying, whining or hurting the leads like Revti did. Here we need to see from the frictional POV.

But in reality no one will want someone like Pervy anywhere near him/her.

Hence a character like Pervy should be locked up inside the screen far away from the real world.
