Feb 21: Vikram's Pretense & Trust Analysis
Background
- Since the Republic Day Official Introduction of Rawat to AJ family: hints of disliking the fact, giving his sister place to Guddan. Rawat mentioned to AJ I wanted to meet the person who has taken the place of my sister. While looking directly at Guddan.
- Night before Barsi, Rawat told AJ now you don't have Antara but Guddan is waiting for you.
Pretense:
- During the boxing match all the pretense of Vikram liking his ex-brother-in-law Akshat Jindal was dropped. The true intention of Vikram Rawat through the anger in both his eyes and his voice was revealed to Akshat Jindal.
Trust based on Evidence
- Vikram Rawat the brother is blindsided by his built up anger for Akshat Jindal is ex-brother-in-law for killing his beloved sister Antara Jindal and more liking for replacing Antara Jindal with his second wife Guddan Akshat Jindal. Vikram Rawat is only hearing the evidence that he wanted to hear from his sisters mouth in sending Akshat Jindal to jail.
- Vikram Rawat the CBI officer is not handling the case properly with responsibility. He is only relying on the cassette evidence as confession statement of his sister Antara Jindal. The CBI officer in him is not analyzing evidence properly: What the motivate of killing Antara?
The CBI in Rawat is ignoring the fact:
- Antara & Akshat Jindal both loved each other, they were happy couple, they supported each other, were each other's friends
- Whole Indore knows how much Akshat Jindal loved his First Wife Antara Jindal, how in her memory he is holding Valentine's Day party, and doing all the traditions to honor her.
- Kasha Jindal whether she was live or is dead, fulfilled and completed all the wishes and Zidd of Antara Jindal
- He fails to see that Akshat Jindal was grieving for his beloved wife for 15 years and he didn't marry or look at another woman until he got Antara's letter and her 15 days deadline for him to get married. (Maybe one of the Bahus or Dadi will tell Rawat the reason for AJ marrying 2nd time & Antara's letter)
- He fails to see the pain and tears in Akshat Jindal face, eyes and voice when Antara is mentioned, how he misses his first wife
- He fails to hear Akshat Jindal's words: that he misses his wife Antara Jindal
- He fails to notice and ignores the support, the trust, that his sisters Sons and Bahus have on Akshat Jindal their father-in-law that he cannot be her murderer. Why would Kishore & Vardaan Jindal rush after their Papa if they didn't trust him?
- Durga Kishore Jindal told Rawat "Someone is pagal to blame AJ for killing Antara Maji! AJ loves Antara Maji every much, why should he kill her?
- Lakshmi Vardan Jindal told Rawat: You must have some "Galatfahmiya-Misunderstanding
- there should be more evidence to support the cassette to blame and put Famous Business Tycoon like Akshat Jindal behind the bars. Kishore & Vardaan Jindal can hire best lawyers to bail Akshat Jindal out.
- Lawyers can say: why did Akshat Jindal wanted to kill Antara Jindal is wife that he love immensely? In the tape the time, date, the purpose isn't mention.
- He married Mrs. Guddan Akshat Jindal because of the letter Antara Jindal wrote her husband. The letter itself can show the "date, n time
- They can ask questions from a mutual and best friend of both Antara & Akshat Jindal Palomi Aunty. Palomi Aunty doesn't hold grudges against Akshat Jindal her friend and the husband of her best friend Antara Jindal. Palomi Aunty was happy for AJ on his decision to move on in his life and get remarried. I believe that both Palomi Aunty and Antara are older than Akshat Jindal. I feel that Akshat Jindal & Vikram Rawat are closer in age.
Vikram's Anger:
- The built-up anger of Vikram Rawat as the brother of Antara Jindal is justified. Vikram Rawat as a brother who loves his Late sister deeply, and he is under some misunderstanding that
- His anger at Akshat Jindal for replacing his sister is understandable and justified at some point based on his limited knowledge. (Let's say right now he isn't aware of Antara's letters that she wrote for her husband Akshat Jindal, asked their mutual friend Palomi to give the day after AJ's birthday.)
- Angry at AJ for moving on, getting married 2nd time, replacing Antara with Guddan. Giving Guddan the status of Mrs. Akshat Jindal. Etc
- ^ But Vikram Rawat as a responsible, cool minded adult needs to understand and learn the reason behind Akshat Jindal actions.
Misuses of his CBI status
- Vikram using his anger, and his power of CBI officer to arrest Akshat Jindal is not justified. He needs to learn the difference between personal and business work. Here he is mixing and using his work as CBI officer to take out his personal anger, grudge against Akshat Jindal for killing his sister.
Mistrusting AJ & their relationship
- Vikram Rawat told Durga Jindal and Guddan Jindal that AJ is his friend and also his Jijai. Vikram claims to know AJ better than them.
- Vikram knows AJ likes and dislikes has a person but he failed to understand his Jijaji & Friend as a person.
- Vikram as friend and brother-in-law of AJ could have cleared the misunderstanding related to Antaras death by talking to AJ.
Misunderstanding
- Today both Guddan Akshat Jindal's Bahus Durga & Lakshmi Jindal told Vikram Rawat what she has been telling him since the beginning: Akshat Jindal is not the killer of Antara Jindal, he loves his first wife Antara Jindal dearly and two he is under some sort of Misunderstanding.
- This misunderstanding may happen due to the situation created due to a certain circumstance where it may seem like AJ is the killer of Antara. Its perspective of a different point of view.
Vikram using Guddan
- After AJ comes out of Jail or even if he is in jail, he will not believe any word of Vikram because today's his action and words broke "the trust of Akshat Jindal as a family member, as a friend, as brother-in-law and as CBI Officer.
- Guddan and Akshat Jindal both have come a long way in there 3 and almost 4 months of marriage, from hating and not trusting each other to trusting and caring about each other. They have built a strong bond, Akshan both talk to each other regarding any issues they have, they try to understand each other's POV and they voice their opinions, always they discuss everything like two mature adults.
- They Akshan may not trust each other completely with their past or sharing their problem or solving them together. But they trust each other to the point that they will not let an 3rd party, family member or outsider blame their spouse without knowing the full story or situation.
Guddan regarding knowing Vikrams truth
- AJ knew that Guddan was hiding something, he knows that she didn't like Vikram
- AJ knows the night before his arrest, Guddan wanted to tell him about Rabat
- Guddan can tell her Jindal Sahib why she made him take her promise of not scolding her. She was afraid of him not trusting her or getting yelled at.
- All of this ^ will lead to Akshat Jindal will learn to trust and understand his wife Mrs. Guddan Akshat Jindal similar to how Guddan trusts her husband.
Akshan Equation
- Today Vikram Rawat learned from seeing the bond between Akshat Jindal and Guddan Jindal that relationship between a couple doesn't need a evidence to support each other, you need to learn to understand the person not judge any evidence given.
- Because the bond between Akshan as a couple is greater than a piece of evidence presented.
- Due to their Gatbhandan an Akshan is there for each other through good and bad times. The hardship of bad circumstances makes there bond grow stronger because no matter what wife and husband will be each other's support, the pillar of strength and backbone.
Conclusion:
- Every person, every story, and every situation has two sides of the story. Without understanding the circumstance of a person, or the situation that they were in, you cannot determine if a person is right or wrong. To judge a person you need to understand their background: family, how they grew up, the society, their POV, and what kind of person they are. As a human being we all make mistakes, jump into conclusion by judging an individual on first meeting. Like they say don't judge book by its cover without reading and learning the story.
