Why did the cooker explode?

For cooker to explode I don't think AJ would need a detective vision.Ab Guddu ko khana banana hi kaha aata hai..hogya hoga koi galti..like while putting the lid on, whistle might have not been properly placed, washer might have been misplaced..so there are chances that AJ may think Guddu is at fault.

P.S:Even I am like guddu-Khana banana nhi aata, banana khana aata hai...so my interpretation of pressure cooker explosion theory may be wrong too😆

If Perv added something or did Ched Chad then there must be some evidence. Especially if Guddan Tells him what happened
