To all those who are saying Raman is toxic and Rajat is toned down, tell me one instance which deviated from YHM, which made Rajat the so called toned down version of Raman

I am not watching Ganja but I read the articles and follow the forum, I noticed that every scens is a copy and dailogues are almost the same even. Looks like, the confrontation scene between Raman and Ishita, after Raman reaches home drunk, they shot that scene in rain in YHM. I think here also they shot that scene in rain. Writers do have a purpose or maybe they fancy certain things certain way, to write some scenes certain way, and shoot them in a way, the reason behind, only they know that. These Ghum writers feel nothing, they just bloody only know Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V. IshRa rain scenes are one such, also they purposely gave Ishita long hair, I came to know that Ishita's hair was not DT's original hair, she used a wig it seems. In certain shots, they make Ishita's hair look very beautiful especially in IshRa scenes, not just romantic scenes, even when they have an argument too.

Coming back to toned down Rajat, I think this guy doesn't know how to show out anger, KP just scares the shit out of everyone with his anger. Don't tell me whenever Raman was angry and lashed out at anyone in the show, they showed Rajat counting 1 to 10, to calm down his senses and tried being a sane man, he just do not know how to show the peak anger. And the voice modulation too, KP had a terrific voice, his variations for every kind of scene came out so different, and this guy Rajat lacks that talent. So yelling out slowly doesn't mean Rajat is less toxic, in case if people actually feel Raman is toxic than a person with strong emotional baggage.

Do you guys remember when KP said in an iv said that fans come to set and click pics with DT, and were scared to approach him for selfies because he might get angry. He said, 'WTF, that's my character on screen and I'm not that person off screen'. Also DT posted a video, in which an innocent kid, who is a YHM viewer back then, asked DT at a restaurant, 'Why is your husband always angry? '. DT tagged KP and asked him to answer the question

Such was Raman's epic temper display. He scared people both on screen and off screen.

Now tell me anything more what efforts did Rajat put to become so called less toxic than Raman. I will agree even if you say he didn't yell, but no he yelled every single time Raman yelled as far as I know, but with zero voice modulation and effect.

Raman didn't do this shit of holding Shagun's hands to make Adi happy. Back then, Adi used to love Ashok and call him dad, how the F can he enjoy Shagun and Raman holding hands and behaving like lovers. In fact he didn't want to go out with Raman, he just did that because Shagun asked him to.

You're absolutely right. Yhm was amazing till Mani's track..It was absolute perfection till 300 epis and I'm always gonna love yhm for that no matter how crappy the show turned afterwards. It gave me the perfect enemies-to-lovers trope..I've tried to watch many shows after that, but nothing hits like yhm. I really like how Raman and Ishita shared very deep emotional bond before falling in love..That's not seen in a lot of shows.

Coming to ghum,nothing makes sense. Suddenly Rajat started caring for Savi..All of a sudden, Savi started loving Rajat. Now all of a sudden Kiaan is enjoying Rajat-Aashka romanceThere's no proper character arc or story buildup. Everything is too random.

Anyways, it's good that DivAn are coming back on Sony TV. Most of the Sony TV shows have good storyline. Plus for sure it wouldn't give us trauma like yhm

You've absolutely hit the nail on the head. Rajat is not toned down in anyway. In all his angry scenes, he yells softly (Read: Zero voice modulation/expressions).. So people think he is less toxic.

He almost did everything that Raman did and there were even few scenes where he was 100× worse than Raman..Like he broke Savi's bangles, he pushed her when he was drunk, he screamed at her in instances when it wasn't required( in yhm, these scenes were shown as nok jhok scenes where IshRa were bickering with each other but here in ghum he was yelling at her for no reason and Savi broke into tears); in molestation track, Mihir had to convince Rajat to prove Savi's innocence while he was simply drinking mindlessly, he also mocked Savi for losing her job in anger..So many more instances. I'll add if I remember more. But yeah, ghum fans aren't ready for that conversation, they simply want to feel superior for stanning the so called "TONED DOWN" ML.
