It will be a long haul. When Savi rejected the offer to rejoin and a hostel room there was a smirk on RS s face. While ishaan and Shantanu looked on in disbelief. Ishaans male ego is hurt now and he calls her Gamandi and Ziddi. He started off in high pitch yet reigned himself and spoke in a placating tone. It is change however minute it may be.

See Ishan has too many flaws. He just started changing recently and nobody changes completely overnight. We are going to see these minute changes only for sometime. In future also he is going to behave rudely with Savi and this time the reasons won't concern Isha. He will start turning possessive for her and going to behave more insanely than he does not. So we have to be prepared for that as well. And one more apology is pending from his side for the character assassination of Savi and i guess that will be from his heart coz only then Savi will decide to stay. Well I really hope this happens.

When Savi walked up to thank he had an expectant smile as if he expected a well done or a good boy. When she called his apology a spectacle to win brownie points he looked on in utter disbelief.

I too feel change has to be slow. I understand that the possessive streak you mention must be from the flawed hero on whom ishaan is based. I am able to relate to him more than I could to VC.

Exactly like I understand that when he saw his mother who left him in childhood showering motherly affection on someone else, his jealousy and insecurity took over and that overshadowed his professionalism completely and he started hating Savi for no reason and i completely hated him for that. It took him 100 episodes to see that the girl wanted nothing else than to just study all this while. He will no longer see her as Isha's student. Rather some other feelings are going to take over now.

Ishaan is an extremist apart from his selective chauvinism. He has severe abandonment trauma. Reason kuch bhi ho, he cannot handle being left or abandoned. We can see it in his regular bouts of venom he spews at Isha. We saw it when Reeva was leaving for London. And we will see it now also when Savi plans to leave his institute. See his Bhos-diwale institute is a direct reflection of Ishaan himself. When he has realized that she is an extremely bright academic prodigy he will not let her leave. As the promo suggests he wants to be her "humrahi" or partner, companion.

Now the relationship will move away from Isha being the reason Savi is there to Savi being a brilliant student and he just wants to encourage her progress. But I severely doubt his professionalism. He doesn't appreciate the fact that Savi is too independent and doesn't really need his support. After all this also Savi won't really trust or depend on him. Savi will take help from a Shuklaji or a Isha, or a Shantanu or a Bajirao, but not from him.

His efforts to support her will not get the desired outcome as I am not sure Savi will actually want or need it. And then the lines between being a professor and being a companion will begin to blur for him. Random nonsense pe he will display his possessive nature, stemming out of insecurity or fear. Knowing the storyline, Savi will actually look for reasons to stay away from Ishaan, and Ishaan will not stay away. As long as Savi doesn't assure him that she isn't the types to abandon him, like Isha or Reeva, he will continue this way.

Ishaan always had an ego and Savi challenging him has triggered it. Even if he defends her he needs proofs. When you trust a person you don't need proofs to prove her/his innocence. But, Savi has to prove herself each time she's blamed for something. During Kiran's track she rightly blamed the Ghosales saying why does a girl need to prove herself. Why didn't they ask Kiran to prove that Savi was characterless. Why does Ishaan call Savi proud? It's he who's blind and needs to open his eyes and see.

If I would have been in Savi's place I too wouldn't have trusted him and he would be the last person I would seek help. Ishaan is unpredictable. He doesn't like to take a NO for an answer. He can't believe that a girl can survive alone and hence when inspite of Ishaan's apology she rejected the offer of continuing in the institute and refused to stay in the hostel. I guess Savi should keep reminding him that she's DCP Virat Chavan and Sai's daughter.

Savi is mostly va product of Sais upbringing ofcourse some genes inherited from VC. Look at the way Vinayak has turned out and look at Savi the stark difference should speak for itself. VC never gave her the life lessons that Sayi did which Savi recalls at regular intervals.
